Do I need an extract from the proceedings if I have just arrived in Switzerland?

If you are registered in a Swiss municipality, you can already request an extract (it will be blank). If you are not yet in Switzerland, an equivalent document from your country of origin, translated into French or German, may be accepted by certain authorities. We guide you according to your situation.

How many files should I prepare?

In principle, a single master file is sufficient, which we adapt for each application. We modify the cover letter depending on the target. Provide quality digital copies and a few paper copies for visits.

Can the agency verify my income with my employer?

Yes, some agencies contact the employer to confirm the contract and salary. This is why we include a certificate from the employer in the file. Inform your HR that an audit is possible.

If your spouse is a co-owner of the lease, yes, he or she will have to provide the same documents (identity, legal proceedings, income). If only your name is on the lease, your spouse's documents are generally not required.
