My Swiss Relocation is the relocation brand of Welcome Service Sàrl, a Swiss relocation company since 1990. What began as a small practice serving the canton of Vaud has grown into a team of more than 40 relocation consultants working across 26 cantons, with offices in Geneva, Lausanne and Zurich. Over more than 35 years the company has handled more than 10,000 relocation mandates, from single professionals moving for a first Swiss contract to executives transferring entire families and HR teams coordinating group moves. An independent family company
Welcome Service Sàrl was founded in 1990 by Catherine Burrus, who set out to offer a premium relocation service to people and families moving to the canton of Vaud. The company has stayed independent and family-run since, rather than becoming part of a larger group, which has kept decision-making close to the consultants who work with clients day to day.
Today the company is managed by Laetitia Papilloud and Guillaume Bédat, both managing partners who came up through the business as relocation consultants before taking on leadership. That continuity means the people setting the direction of the company have also sat across the table from clients navigating permits, housing searches and school enrolments themselves.
Growth has been deliberate throughout: new offices, service lines and skills have been added when there was a clear need on the ground, rather than for the sake of size. That approach is also how the company has kept its independence while extending its reach well beyond its original base in Vaud.
