If the lead management platform is temporarily unreachable at the moment you submit a form, your submission is held in a short-lived server-side queue on our web server and forwarded automatically as soon as the platform is available again, so that no request is lost because of a temporary technical outage.

To protect the website and its visitors against abuse, form submissions are subject to rate limiting based on the sending IP address. An unusually high number of submissions from the same address within a short period may be temporarily blocked.

Your data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, where you become a client, to deliver the relocation services you have requested. It is kept only for as long as necessary to handle your request and to meet any applicable legal obligations, and it is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
