3. Purposes of Processing
Your data is processed for the following purposes: responding to your contact and quote requests, providing the requested relocation services, improving our website and services, fulfilling our legal and contractual obligations. We never sell your data to third parties. Your data is shared only with providers necessary for delivering our services (web host, email service) and under confidentiality agreements.

The processing of your data is based on: your consent (contact form), the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (quote, service delivery), our legitimate interests (website improvement, anonymized statistics), compliance with our legal obligations (accounting, taxation).

Your contact data is retained for 3 years from your last interaction with us. Data related to a contract is retained for 10 years in accordance with Swiss accounting obligations. Analytics data is anonymized after 26 months.
