Household and personal liability insurance

Household and personal liability insurance

Two almost essential insurance policies in Switzerland to protect your property and your liability.

Household insurance covers your personal belongings against theft, fire, water damage and natural events. Civil liability (RC) insurance covers damage you could cause to third parties. In Switzerland, these two insurances are almost systematically required by lessors in the lease contract, and their cost is modest compared to the coverage offered.
