We visit, evaluate and negotiate for you — even if you are not yet in Switzerland.

Apartment visits in Switzerland are often done in groups, with limited slots. You have to be responsive, stand out and ask the right questions. When you cannot be present, our team visits the property for you, documents every detail and helps you make the right decision remotely.

Making an appointment

As soon as a property matches your criteria, we contact the property manager to obtain a viewing slot as quickly as possible.

On-site visit

Our consultant visits the apartment, takes photos and videos, assesses the condition of the property, the neighborhood, transport and nearby shops.

Report and recommendation

You receive a complete report with our professional opinion, the strong points and points of vigilance of the accommodation.

Application submission

If you like the property, we will immediately submit your file with the appropriate cover letter.

Errores frecuentes

  • Hesitating too long: good accommodations are gone in a few days
  • Do not ask questions about charges, parking or cellar
  • Ignoring the neighborhood environment (noise, transport, amenities)
  • Accepting accommodation without checking the date of construction of the building and the condition of the facilities

Can you visit an apartment for me?
Absolutely, this is one of our most requested services. Our consultant visits the property, takes photos and videos, measures the rooms and sends you a complete report. We can even do a live video conference visit if you wish.
How to stand out during a group visit?
Arrive with your complete printed file, show your seriousness and your motivation. Ask relevant questions of the manager. We prepare you with specific tips to impress favorably during the visit.
Is rent negotiation possible in Switzerland?
This is rare in the tight market of big cities. However, for atypical properties, long leases or objects that have remained on the market for a long time, negotiation on the conditions (rent, entry date, work) is sometimes possible. Our experience allows us to identify these opportunities.
