Can I terminate my lease at any time?
No, unless there is a special contractual clause, termination is only possible on the dates provided for in the lease (often the end of March, the end of June, the end of September). The 3 month notice period runs from receipt of the registered letter by the lessor. Some leases provide for different dates or longer notice.
Can I leave before the end of the notice period by finding a buyer?
